Our journey began in 1952 when Ahmed Hassan, a passionate coffee enthusiast from Cairo, started roasting coffee beans using traditional charcoal methods passed down through generations.

What started as a small family business has grown into an internationally recognized brand, while still maintaining the same dedication to quality and tradition that Ahmed instilled from day one.

Today, the third generation of the Hassan family continues to source the finest beans and roast them using the same time-honored techniques, ensuring that every cup delivers the authentic taste of Egypt.
